Ingen Systems is proud to announce our forthcoming merger with Dallas New Media. Dallas New Media has been a premier provider of DotNetNuke content managed websites in the Dallas, Fort Worth Metrolplex and beyond. The two companies will be combining their client base and assets and will move forward with the Ingen Systems name.

The merger is expected to be finalized by late Summer 2008. Ingen Systems is planning on honoring all existing contracts with Dallas New Media clients and looks forward to delivering quality service.

Ingen Systems would also like to welcome Will Ballard - Managing Director of Dallas New Media, and Niki Claybrook - Office Manager and Billing Specialist to the Ingen Systems team.
