Jason Kergosien
Founder / CEO

Jason is co-founder and president of Ingen Systems. He has more than 10 years experience in the development and implementation of web strategies and architecture in a variety of industries, including financial services, public utilities, energy, retail, hospitality, manufacturing and high-tech. His extensive background includes leading companies in data management, portals and content management in Microsoft technologies.

Before founding Ingen Systems, Jason held positions with White Rock Networks; Covenant Church, a 9,000+ membership organization; TXU Energy; Compucom; Deloitte & Touche; Trammell Crow and Tactica Technology Group, a management and technology consulting company, named one of America’s entrepreneurial growth leaders in the Inc. 500 by Inc magazine.

Jason holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. He is founder and president of the Dallas DotNetNuke Users Group, a member of the Professional Referral Group and serves on the board of the IT Roundtable, a non-profit organization of ministry IT professionals.

Will Ballard
Founder / CIO

Will is co-founder and COO of Ingen Systems. His skills cover many aspects of the web development process including graphic design, xhtml/css, and development with Microsoft .Net technologies and SQL Server. He is a passionate advocate for web usability, standards compliance, and the importance of quality visual design.

Before joining Ingen Systems, Will was the owner of Dallas New Media. He has designed and built websites for many large churches and businesses across the US.

Will has been working with DotNetNuke since its original release as version one. He has accomplished hundreds of real-world DotNetNuke deployments and managed the training for many of these.

He resides in Grand Prairie, Texas (just outside Dallas) with his wife and two daughters.
